cPanel Backup Generation

As a hosting provider, we keep backups for disaster recovery only. Our team will check for the oldest backup available on the server and restore the same on your hosting server.

A downloadable backup URL would not be provided. The entire cPanel account will be restored and the data will be overwritten. Please note, that all the domains hosted on your cPanel account will be restored.

Restoring the entire cPanel account is a time-consuming task and the time taken may depend upon the disk usage of your account. Also, once the restoration has been initiated, the process cannot be canceled.

There is a possibility of some missing files and if that is the case then, unfortunately, we will not be able to help you. As a hosting provider, we keep backups for disaster recovery only. It is strongly recommended that going forward you maintain site backups at your end.
