netlightsystems.com is owned and managed by Netlight Systems Ventures Nigeria. netlightsystems.com provides web hosting service to clients worldwide, and we have the responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best service available. All clients and registered users of netlightsystems.com are subject to the following terms of service:
You agree to use all netlightsystems.com services and facilities at your own risk. netlightsystems.com specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall netlightsystems.com be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold netlightsystems.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against netlightsystems.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless netlightsystems.com against liabilities arising out of Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with netlightsystems.com's server.
netlightsystems.com reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers. Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party Copyright infringement any defective products sold to customer from netlightsystems.com's server. netlightsystems.com shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.
All payments to netlightsystems.com are non-refundable. In cases where the customer did not receive value for payments made to netlightsystems.com, the funds will be applied to the said customer's account as store credit which can then be used to purchase any item from netlightsystems.com at a later time.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Verve Card and Bank Transfer/Deposit. We will setup your account/products/services immediately after payments have been confirmed. Clients are encouraged to pay by credit/debit card as any product or service paid for with credit/debit cards are setup immediately by the automatic provisioning system.
netlightsystems.com can make changes to the price of any product or service and change the number of resources given to plans at anytime without prior notice.
All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated on. Failure to pay for renewal will attract suspension of account (hosting and/or domain name), addition of late fees for domains after a period of 1 month and termination of hosting services after a period of 2 weeks.
UPON TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES FOR ANY REASON, USER CONTENT, USER WEBSITES, AND OTHER DATA ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICE WILL BE DELETED.
If service billing duration has passed and the service is suspended but not terminated, the user still has to pay for invoice backlog to get his/her service unsuspended.
Your use of this service is at your sole risk. netlightsystems.com is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on netlightsystems.com servers.
All services provided by netlightsystems.com may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Nigeria Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless netlightsystems.com and its employees from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are suspended, usually as soon as they are discovered, with/without a notice and without a refund. Pornography is prohibited on all netlightsystems.com servers. This includes sites that include sexually explicit or hardcore images and/or advertising.
Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company.
Illegality In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software/website or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material. Please note, Certain types of content are not allowed. We do not host adult content of any description. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software, audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the resources or you have a right to distribute the materials. Accounts suspended due to content or AUP violation are not refunded under any circumstances.

netlightsystems.com cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by netlightsystems.com are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by netlightsystems.com are not directly owned or written by netlightsystems.com. Moreover, netlightsystems.com holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as netlightsystems.com sees fit. FURTHERMORE, netlightsystems.com retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.

How much disk space and bandwidth will my plan include? Disk space and bandwidth is "Unlimited" which means you are not charged according to the amount of disk space or bandwidth you use. However, that being said, we do require all customers to be fully compliant with our Terms of Service and its policies, which includes our Acceptable Use Policy (“TOS”), and to only utilize disk space and bandwidth in the normal operation of a personal or small business website.
For example, such customers who are using 25% or more of system resources for longer than 90 seconds would be in violation of our TOS, which includes our Acceptable Use Policy and other policies. Please see our TOS or contact us with any questions.
What happens if I exceed usage? If we have concerns about your account's bandwidth or disk space utilization, you will receive an email asking you to reduce usage. Again, it is very rare for a customer who is managing a personal or small business website to exceed our TOS, which includes our Acceptable Use Policy and other policies.
